	Burlington 1180 Cushing Circle St. Paul,  Mn 55108 651-644-1089 Rating Recommend:    Yes Overall Rating:  5.0 Security:  5.0 Parking:  4.0 Appearance:  5.0 Management:  5.0 Maintenance:  3.0 Unit Condition:   4.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:  Nice Place Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  2/3/05      Rate This Apartment     I'm very happy to be at the Burlington, but like everything in life there are ups and downs.The positives include:friendly staff, safety, cleanliness, friendly neighbors, amenities, intersting floor plans, and neighborhood.The negatives include the fitness center and whirlpool never working in certain buildings (I'm talking about over a year), and the train noise.Overall it's a great place to live, but I sure wish they would get the hot tub and fitness areas working!
