	Cerdarview Commons 2055 Hwy 36 E St. Paul,  Mn 55109 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  2.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  3.0 Management:  2.0 Maintenance:  2.0 Unit Condition:   2.0 Noise:  3.0		Review Title:  Looking For An Ok Apartment Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  5/31/03      Rate This Apartment     The complex isn't to bad besides the kids like to play in the parking lot and don't know how to move for a vehicle.The only time they move quick is if it is the police.The good thing is for the most part they are pretty quiet.They are going through renovations and they are renting to people when the apartment is not even finished.They don't have any dishwashers the counter space is small.Also if the stove is dirty when you move in don't expect them to clean it.They won't clean it, nor will they clean the top of the stove.
