Average 3 story apartment built around 1950. Our unit has hard wood floors however others may not. Some units have a ceiling fan. In window air conditioner. Kitchen has 4 burner electric stove plus oven, sink, average size fridge. Located right across the street from restaurants, cafes. Decent area. Within walking distance of downtown St. Paul. Bus line right across the street. Utilities included are heat, water ,garbage removal (Outside Dumpster) Assigned off street parking if available. There is a laundry room on lower level, two front load washers, 2 front load driers,only takes quarters. High speed internet capabilities, Qwest or Comcast. Pets: one cat cat bird allowed. Cons: Loud Squeaking Hardwood Floors above head in bedrooms able to wake light sleepers. Sometimes Able to hear other residents above and below talking/TV. Windows in winter require plastic. Strange door/window/closet location. Few switch/wall outlet non functioning. North side of building faces large parking lot for retail/restaurant, weekly car alarms. Bad cooking odor from lower tenants sometimes prohibits fresh air in from windows. |
