Apartment Review for April Christensen - Saint Paul, MN

This craftsman duplex lacks ownership/management with knowledge of customer service. The owner asks prime rate rent but doesn't offer prime rate service. The owner fails to check the residence on a regualar basis. When things break the owner 'gets around to it' and unless the repair affects liveable condition they are not interested in fixing or replacing. The appliances are inefficient and the owner replaces with refurbished appliances. Although these units don't pay for heat you can't control the heat and there is no central air. Other amentities not provided are blinds or window coverings come with the unitsnot have automatic garage door openers. The exterior lighting from the garage to the back door only turns on from the lower unit. Make sure you have everything in writing.
