Apartment Review for At Home Apartments - Saint Paul, MN

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who had their paid parking spot continuously taken by someone else. And there was nothing done by the staff (i.e. Megan) until I called the towing company myself. Then Megan couldn't get over to the building fast enough. Even after that, she was completely useless, and treated me with exasperation, like I was the one ruining her day (if she had done her job, I would have been more than happy to not have to call her). Calls aren't returned, maintenance requests aren't fulfilled. My keys weren't even ready on my move-in day; I had to wait with my movers in the street while they tried to get new keys made. Saint Paul has plenty of gorgeous places to live, most of them not run by At Home Apartments. Do yourself a favor and find one of those places to live.
