Apartment Review for Burlington Apartments - Saint Paul, MN

The building with models is very well kept. However, the others are not. They are dirty and the hot tub and exercise room are in utter disrepair. One of the elevators is broken more often than not. Someone actually stole a big screen television and a car in the same weekend. The big screen was stolen was stolen out of the party room! And unfortunately the security cameras are so old and crappy that they could not tell who it was at all. The individual apartments are very nice however, ours was extremely filthy when we moved in. We had to clean for 2 days when we moved in. There was food dried in the cupboards even. The grounds are beautiful though and the neighborhood is great.
