Apartment Review for Merriam Park Apartments - Saint Paul, MN

From having our storage broken into, to drunks passed out in the hallway, to the inept resident managers who do little if anything around the building, we are through with it. This used to be a quiet building that was well maintained and had few if any problems. Now it is a shambles, light bulbs don't get changed, the carpets in the halls and common areas go several months without vacuuming, and the lawn and grounds look terrible, and the noise is constant. The rent is cheap, and unfortunately you get what you pay for. The management company would rather have short-term tenants and high turnover than long-term tenants that pay their rent in advance. So if you are in college and love to party all the time this is the place for you!
